How will my order be delivered to me?

All pre-orders will be sent by a fulfillment vendor, the carrier will be chosen based upon your location and in some cases you will have a choice of carriers at checkout.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully or what is the status?

You will receive a confirmation email when you complete checkout, you can always log in to your account or email bigfoot@xyzgamelabs.com for order status.

Sales tax, VAT, Customs, Duties, and other taxes

We will fulfill all orders from the United States.
US residents: If your delivery address is in Illinois or Missouri, we will collect sales tax on your order.
European Union residents: If your delivery address is in one of the EU member states, we will collect VAT on your order.
Other International residents: If your delivery address is anywhere else, we will not collect any taxes on your order. You will be the importer and may be subject to VAT, Customs, Duties, and/or other Taxes per your local taxing authority.

Cancellations, returns/exchanges, or shipping questions?

What are the shipping charges?

All shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout and are based upon the shipping location.

When will the game deliver?

We expect pre-orders to ship in November of 2022. Given the volatile nature of global shipping and manufacturing, and the varied locations we are shipping to, we can't guarantee an exact delivery date. But we are doing everything we can to get this game in everyone's hands as soon as possible.

How big will the box be?

The box will be 15.2 x 10.5 x 3.9 inches (or 386 x 266 x 99 millimeters). It can hold just over 10 liters of motor oil. (note: dimensions are subject to change during production. We do not recommend storing motor oil in a game box)

Will you add more trucks in the future?

We have lots of cool ideas for more BIGFOOT: Roll & Smash, so we'll have to wait and see.

Could this game result in my car being crushed?

It's highly unlikely that the epic power contained in this box would crush your family van. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by excess smashing, please smash responsibly.

What else do I need to know?

This game might just be too much fun. Your other games will lose some of their luster.
